Development Foundation (CDF) was founded in 1987. Formerly
known as Child Development Center (CDC), an operating
foundation for over 30 years, CDC fulfilled its commitment
of providing outstanding, comprehensive medical and
educational services for thousands of handicapped
children.

Mission Statement
Every child deserves the right to reach his or her maximum potential regardless of the challenges presented in his or her life. The Child Development Foundation is dedicated to providing support and resources to programs whose goals are to assist disabled children maximize their abilities. Through educational and financial avenues in the community, members of the Foundation distribute resources among identified programs.
