A. To promote the general welfare
of handicapped children in Montgomery
County. B. To develop a better
understanding of the problems and needs of
handicapped children by the public. C. To promote the optimum
integration between handicapped children of any
race, color, and national or ethnic origin and
their environments and to promote the advancement
of their welfare through their treatment, care,
education, research, vocational training and
employment. D. To facilitate the Purposes of
the Corporation, the term "handicapped children"
shall mean those handicapped persons between the
ages of birth and 21 years. E. To raise funds through
investments, donations, voluntary contributions and
solicitations by and through its members and from
the general public. F. To use said funds to administer
and to carry out the Purposes herein set
forth. |
